Our bakery family's specialty fruitcake. The recipe came from Germany with Jacob Dimmer, the founder of our bakery. It's made with scruptous moist fruitcake loaded with nuts, fruits like pineapple, cherries, mangoes, papayas, currants and plump raisins - laced with brandy and rum.
We start soaking the fruits in the summer time. It's moist and delicous!
