This is the gluten free dairy free version of our traditional Bavarian cream torte. It is sweetened with cane sugar and serves about 8-10 people. Our Bavarian cream is a blend of our non-dairy European buttercream and homemade non-dairy custard.
This cake is appropriate for anyone who follows a gluten free and/or dairy free lifestyle. This cake contains soy, corn and eggs and we are not a nut free facility.
