Classic Chocolate Eclair


Our heritage is German, but our parents originated from the part of Germany close to the border with Luxembourg, so French pastries are part of our history too. Our classic Pate Choux dough is cooked from scratch over a stove and then piped and baked to create a crisp delicious ├ęclair shell. We fill this with our signature vanilla custard and dip the top in rich chocolate ganache. One of our bakeries most popular treats!
